Overview
FirePanel PRO ("we", "us", "our") provides fire alarm panel monitoring software used by licensed fire protection technicians, facility managers, and authorised customers. This policy explains what information the FirePanel PRO mobile app collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Access to FirePanel PRO is provided by an authorised fire protection provider. There is no public sign-up — accounts are issued directly to professional users and their organisations.
Information we collect

| Email address and password | Passwords are securely managed by Firebase Authentication and are never visible to FirePanel PRO in plain text. |
| Push notification token | A device token used solely to deliver fire alarm, fault, and system notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging. |
| Site and event data | Fire panel event history (e.g. fire alarms, faults, resets) for the sites your account has been granted access to. This data belongs to the fire protection provider or site owner, not to individual users. |
| Camera access (technicians only) | Used only to scan a QR code for temporary site access. No photos or video are stored or transmitted by FirePanel PRO. |
FirePanel PRO does not collect or use:
- Location data
- Advertising identifiers or third-party advertising SDKs
- Analytics or usage-tracking SDKs
- Contacts, photos, or other device content
FirePanel PRO does not track users across other companies' apps or websites and does not use advertising or analytics SDKs.
How your information is used
- To authenticate you and control access to the sites assigned to your account
- To deliver real-time fire and fault alerts via push notification
- To display live and historical fire panel events for sites you are authorised to view
- To generate reports (PDF/CSV export) at your request
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where your data is stored
Data is stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication). Data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
Data retention and deletion
Account and site data is retained for as long as your account remains active with your fire protection provider. To request deletion of your account or associated data, contact us using the details below — we will action deletion requests within a reasonable time, except where retention is required for safety, compliance, or record-keeping obligations related to fire safety systems.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. If you no longer wish to receive push notifications, you can disable them in your device's notification settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.
